The house features two Luxury Superior rooms and one Superior Colonial Room that open directly to the interior patio. The bathrooms are spacious, with antique bathtubs and illuminated by natural light.
Upon crossing the threshold everything is brightness, the main room opens to the interior garden through large white doors creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. The interior is composed of an intimate dining room and living area that provide a peaceful haven. In the terrace, a dining area is adjoined by the ornate plunge pool in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Origin of the Name: The Antillean culture and its bright cheerful colors.
Concept: Tropical and colonial Antillean identity are the main inspirations behind Patricia Reid’s majestic design.
Design: Plantation style décor, white walls intermixed with touches of color, as well as natural materials, woods, embroideries and tropical prints.
Architecture: Located in the former grounds of the Convent of the Dominican Order, the façade uncovers its origin and leads to a magical and intimate interior. From the entrance we can anticipate what lies inside. The door is an intense green and is framed by a white portico that respects the antique colonial masonry. The ornamented pool recreates the leaves of the great sea grape tree.
